Additional Booking Information

Once you have selected the course type and dates you can book online using all major credit cards, or by e mailing us at info@tactical-firearms-academy.co.uk, if you wish you can pay by cheque or bank transfer, but all monies must be cleared in our account no later than 2 weeks before the commencement of the respective course, failure to do so may result in you losing your place. Bookings online are only accepted from the student attending the course and the credit card details must be that of the student, bookings on behalf of a third party will not be accepted. If you wish to make a booking for 2 or more students, or a private group please contact the office direct.

If you are placing a booking via our website you will be asked to download our booking form, this should be completed and sent back to us electronically via Email, by fax or in the post, together with a photocopy of your Passport and a Photo-ID showing your name and address (e.g. photo card driving licence).

If you are paying by cheque or bank transfer then you will need to either download the booking form from the website as above or contact the office directly and we will send you a booking form in the Post.

Once we have received your payment and your completed booking form you will be given notification of your acceptance onto your chosen course. Should for any reason you fail to be accepted you will be notified and receive an immediate same-day refund. Acceptance and admission to the course is at the discretion of TFAs directors and staff and we reserve the right of refusal, in such circumstance no reasons or justifications may be given. After acceptance you will be contacted and given full details of your course, including travel details, confirmation of the Hotel including the address and telephone number in case of emergency. You will also be given contact details of 3 of our operational staff in Germany.
